Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can we bring some of our own styling, drinks or confetti items along for the ceremony and reception?
    Our business provides all-inclusive wedding packages, so you don't need to plan or organise anything yourselves.  We have a range of upgrades, including styling options for you to choose from making it stress free and super easy for you. Utilising our services to organise these items for you enables you to escape the overwhelm on what is such a big day in your lives. You are welcome to bring your own drinks to consume AFTER your ceremony only package has concluded but not during our package times
  • We would like to have some music play at our ceremony, who will play this and choose the songs?
    Your planner can play your chosen Spotify playlist for you.  You just need to put together your personalised list of songs in order and send it to your planner and/or your celebrant to download and play on the day
  • What happens if it rains on my wedding day when I'm having an outdoor ceremony?
    If you are having an elopement with up to 2 guests your accommodation is the back up plan. For the micro weddings and guests above 2 we have built into your package a wet weather room so that you are guaranteed to have a stress free day no matter the weather!
  • Reception food, can we have canapes/cocktail style food instead of sit-down reception?
    Yes you can choose from sit down (max of 22 seated), or cocktail style up to 30 people. We can provide grazing at your ceremony POA
  • Can we add on a reception or some accommodation if we choose a ceremony only package?
    Yes contact us for costs to add these on to your package.  We provide a large range of beautiful upgrades and optional services for you to choose from based on your vision
  • Can I add extra services to customise my wedding package?
    Absolutely! We offer a variety of additional services and options to personalise your package and create your dream day.  We know exactly what enhances a wedding day, adding joy and memorable touches. Our team can advise on the best options to include, ensureing everything fits seamlessly into your celebration, so you and your guests can relax without lifting a finger.  If you'd like to bring along any of your own items, please note that handling fee will apply for our wedding planner to manage and incorporate these elements on your behalf
  • Can we have a first dance/dancing at our restaurant reception?
    Our reception venue/s have a semi private area dining area for our weddings up to 20 people, however if you book the venue exclusively there definitely is room for dancing at your reception venue! Contact us for pricing on exclusive venue hire.
  • Can we upgrade our guest numbers if they increase?
    Yes some of our packages allow additional guests. There will be a per head charge - POA. We keep our packages small so that weddings are micro and not normal big weddings.
  • Can we play music at our restaurant reception? And do you have a speaker we can use to Bluetooth our music?
    Yes let us know if you would like some background music while dining. We can provide you with a speaker to hire for a nominal charge.  The venue does have quiet ambient music playing throughout the venue otherwise
  • What happens if we exceed our minimum restaurant venue spend?
    Your reception venue will keep a tab on your bill and advise you if you go over your minimum spend.  You can choose if you would like to have guests pay for their own drinks after that or close off the bar.  Any spend over your minimum will be settled directly with the venue on the day of your wedding before you depart
  • Can we add more food and drinks on the day at our reception venue?
    Yes you can, this can be organised and paid directly on the day to your reception venue
  • What are your payment terms?
    We request 30% of your package at the time of booking, and the remainder 4 weeks before your wedding day
  • Can we add some drinks to our ceremony package?
    Yes you can, as part of our optional additions, contact your planner for details and pricing
