Step 2: Booking & The One-Hour Consultation

Once you’ve booked your Beachside Elopement Package or your Hinterland Elopement Package we arrange a one-hour consultation to go over every detail of your wedding day. This is a wonderful opportunity to fine-tune your package, discuss any elevated touches you’d like to add, and ensure all the details align with your vision. At this stage, we’ll introduce you to the key vendors involved in your ceremony.

Step 3: Vendor Coordination for a Seamless Experience

After your consultation, you’ll have the chance to connect with each vendor involved in your special day. Here’s a breakdown of how this process unfolds:

The Celebrant – Legalities & Personalisation

Your celebrant is one of the most important people in your wedding ceremony. They will:

  • Guide you through the legal paperwork required for marriage in Australia.

  • Assist with vow writing, helping you craft meaningful and personal promises.

  • Help you choose your ceremony music, ensuring the soundtrack of your day is perfect. What's involved in the legals? Read about this here

The Photographer – Capturing Your Love Story

Your photographer will arrange a call with you to:

  • Discuss the style of photos you’d like captured.

  • Go over the ceremony timeline to ensure they’re in the right place at the right time.

  • Prepare a run sheet for key moments to be beautifully documented.

The Stylist – Setting the Romantic Scene

On the day of your wedding, our talented stylist will arrive at your ceremony location to:

  • Set up romantic styling that complements your theme and creates a gorgeous setting for your big day.

  • Ensure the venue looks picture-perfect for your arrival.

The On-the-Day Coordinator – Ensuring a Stress-Free Experience

Your on-the-day coordinator is your behind-the-scenes hero, making sure everything runs smoothly. Their responsibilities include:

  • Playing your ceremony music at the right moments.

  • Making sure the groom looks sharp, pinning on his buttonhole, and offering a tissue or water.

  • Meeting the bride upon arrival, fluffing her dress, offering last-minute support, and ensuring she feels calm and radiant before walking down the aisle.

  • Coordinating with the celebrant and photographer to ensure perfect timing and seamless transitions. Read some hot tips for a stress-free elopement here

Step 4: The Wedding Day Run Sheet

To ensure everyone is on the same page, your wedding planner will create a detailed run sheet that is shared with all vendors and the couple. This schedule helps keep everything organised and running smoothly, allowing you to relax and enjoy every moment of your special day.
