When Jade and Hugh decided to tie the knot, they envisioned a day filled with intimacy, exclusivity, and a relaxed vibe. The couple and their two beautiful boys drove four hours south to Maleny in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Queensland, to celebrate their love. It was their dream to have an intimate elopement at Tiffanys in Maleny.

Their story began in 2014 when they met through a mutual friend. Love blossomed, and three years later, they welcomed their first baby. Almost a year after that, Hugh planned a spectacular engagement, surprising Jade and baby Ronan with a helicopter trip to a private beach. A beautiful picnic was set up, and the romantic proposal took place.

Jade eagerly started planning the wedding but quickly became overwhelmed, deciding to put it off for another day. In 2022, baby Finley arrived, making life even more hectic for the family, and wedding planning was once again put on hold. Finally, just a few months before their wedding in February 2024, they decided it was now or never. Enter the team at Elope to Sunshine Coast!

Their destination dream wedding came to life at Tiffany’s in Maleny, a location renowned for its stunning views, charming chapel, and lush grounds. But what made their wedding truly unique was the decision to elope on a Monday, securing a private and magical experience. There's no need for a weekend wedding when you're inviting only your nearest and dearest - just 18 of their favourite family and friends.

Jade and Hugh's colour palette was stunning, featuring flowers in shades of pink, peach, and a touch of blue that beautifully complemented their country-style wedding.

Jade wore a sophisticated ivory satin wedding gown featuring a sweetheart neckline and a stylish split. Their boys complemented their dad in a classic navy and beige colour scheme, perfectly matching the overall theme.

What attracted our couple to Tiffany’s?

Tiffany's offers a charming and sophisticated venue with a beautifully designed chapel and meticulously maintained grounds, perfect for a romantic and intimate ceremony. Inside the chapel, you'll find stunning shiny wood floors, exquisite architecture, and a giant window offering breathtaking views of the lush countryside and mountains. As a chic blank canvas, the chapel allows couples to add their personal touches. Jade and Hugh, for instance, included a welcome sign and scattered romantic rose petals down the aisle. The chose to have the Champagne and Charcuterie Package to relax and celebrate after their ceremony. This was set up in the chapel in the Air conditioning! February is always hot :) White plinths are also available inside the chapel for flower arrangements, adding a touch of beauty and colour.
